Today started like any other Wednesday; work at 6 am and then workout. I actually completed the Insanity 60 days last week, but I love it so much that I decided to keep doing it this week. I did the 55 minute plyo video and man did it kick my butt. You would think that after 60 days of this, it would start to feel easier….NOPE! I can do the exercises better, but it’s still just as hard.
Now, I promise I do eat healthy about 90% of the time. I really am conscious about what goes into my body and I try to avoid processed food as much as possible. I even ate a salad for lunch! With that said, I do love junk food on the occasion. The Habit is a burger joint that started in southern California. My husband is from northern California, but has family in the south and visited this place when he would visit them. He loves their food and we saw that one opened in our neck of the woods in Arizona, and immediately I knew we would be visiting there soon!
This is definitely the cheat meal of the week… wheew, now that that’s outta the way, it’s back to my beloved veggies!
