Here it is… workouts to tone those legs!  I like to advocate doing legs workouts 1-2 times per week. I also add in some circuit training frequently to change it up.  For these workouts, pick weights that are challenging, yet you can complete the set.  Drop the wimpy weights.  Enjoy!
