Apparently, I was feeling hungry this week or something because this is mostly my favorite food finds around the internet this week.  When I was looking at these recipes, I almost darted into the kitchen and made all of them at some point.  They looked so good I could have licked the screen.  Anyways… here they are!

Favorite new food blogger.   I randomly found this blog as I was searching for egg and dairy free pancake recipes and it’s my new favorite gem.  She eats egg and dairy free all the time and a lot of her recipes are also gluten free too.  Pictured are her almond muffins, which look delicious!

Favorite easy curry recipe.  This recipe came from the same blog as the first one.  I’m always intimidated by making Indian dishes because I never get the spices right and they usually have to simmer for so long.  I never think mine taste very good either.  This recipe, however, is supposed to take 30 minutes and incorporates pretty common spices, so I think I’ll try it out.

Favorite new manicure idea.  This is called the glitter gradient manicure in case you’re wondering.  I might still be in my high school days where I pretty much bathed in glitter, but I still like a little bit of sparkle here and there.

Favorite easy-to-make chips. I know the microwave is a debated topic, but I think every once in a while, it’s fine (as long as there is no plastic involved).  Just know that the nutrients in the food won’t be as plentiful when they’re through being nuked.  I think you could definitely bake these as well.

Favorite relaxation. Honestly, how amazing does this look?

Favorite new veggie idea.  I make sweet potato chips all the time and I’ve even ventured out with zucchini a few times, but I’ve never thought about carrots… what an interesting idea.

Favorite breakfast cookie.  These peanut butter banana oat breakfast cookies are egg and dairy free (if you buy vegan chocolate chips) and packed with protein. Yum.

Favorite pancake topping.  This is where I definitely started salivating.  Remember, I already had pancakes on my mind from earlier.  Blueberry butter on pancakes.  I think everything in that sentence was made to be together.  It has eggs and dairy in it, so people who can eat that stuff, make this for an indulgence and fast.

Favorite dip.  This cherry cheesecake dip looks like it could be the highlight of my day.  I’ve never mentioned my love for the no-bake cherry cheesecake mix that you buy in the grocery store.  When I was little, I would beg my mom to make it for me!  If I didn’t have the cheesecake, I would just eat the cherry pie filling out of the container.  I hate to admit it, but I’m not that ashamed because it still sounds good.

Not-so-favorite-quote, but true in my life right now.  I have boards looming over my head in 2.5 weeks and I just can’t seem to make myself get to into studying for them.  I should be more nervous and prepare while I have the time, but I don’t want to.  I’m going to regret this in two weeks.

My mother-in-law is coming into town this weekend for a couple days, but I should have a low-key weekend on the horizon.  I’m still tired from San Francisco I think.  Have a great weekend!
