I’m not really sure where this week went. It was Thursday before I knew that a new week had indeed started. I don’t even know what we did this week really – oh yeah, soothing a little man whose teeth seem to be sprouting up. We’ve had some slightly longer nights – I feel so bad for him! Yesterday was a lazy snow day around here, so that was nice.
With all that said, here is this weeks Friday faves:
Vintage Sheet Sundresses. These dresses were sewed out of vintage bed sheets. How cute are they? Now I need to figure out how to sew!
White Chocolate Dipped Oreo Cookie Balls. All I can say about these is yum! There is no substitution for the gluten and dairy in these babies.
Shepherd’s Pie (With a Kick). This is a traditional shepherd’s pie combined with Indian curry flavors. I love both flavors, so I’d be really interested to see how they taste together. This is a boredom buster for traditional shepherd’s pie for sure.
Black Patchwork Pockets Thick Wrap Cotton Blend Vest. I love winter clothes and this vest is no exception. I love the fur and tweed on the hood and the classic vest look.
Well that’s it for that. We have a low-key, no plans weekend ahead and I couldn’t be happier. We’ll bask in some family time, possibly put up some Christmas decorations since we’ll be gone for Thanksgiving and pack for our trip next week.
What recipes have you seen this week that look good?
What are you doing this weekend?
