On the Mother In Me Podcast episode 21, I talk about 15 things to give up in order to be happy. I came across a wonderful article that was very inspiring to me and wanted to share it with all of you.
We wallow in pity and other self-destructive behaviors that only tie us down, cause us burden and ultimately make us unhappy. Whether we try to impress everyone around us, live in the past or play the blame game, these are things we need to give up!
I thought this list was very comprehensive and gave me a good look into myself to see which ones I need to work on!
