First, I’d like to say thanks for stopping by AliDamron.com. My goal is to help you navigate motherhood, learn a few new recipes, travel to the ends of the world, and live a healthy and fit life.

A Little About Ali Damron

I’m a new mother to one little guy named Aiden. My husband, Aiden, our crazed dog Otis and I live just on the eastern front of the Colorado Rockies in a suburb of Denver. I grew up in Western Nebraska, migrated to Phoenix, Arizona for college, traveled the world to places like New Zealand, Australia, Thailand and Bali to name a few. Eventually, David and I headed our way to Denver and I’m finally able to enjoy four seasons again.

Some of my hobbies are learning to bake new recipes, staying as fit as possible with a new little kid running around, and generally seeing new and exciting things in my region and beyond. I’m a licensed acupuncturist by trade and try to teach others about the benefits of integrating Eastern Medicine alongside Western Medicine.
