Hi, I’m Ali!

I am a wife, mother to two sweet little boys, and a hormone expert, licensed acupuncturist, and certified personal trainer. I have a virtual practice where I help women have better moods, sleep, periods, and energy levels by balancing their hormones. Some of the ways I help my clients are through my self-guided digital courses, a podcast called The Ali Damron Show, and a YouTube channel. 

I am also intimately familiar with the struggle of having just enough energy to get out of bed and face another day, debilitating anxiety, terrible periods, sleep issues, and digestive issues (among other things). I exhausted all possible avenues for healing, only to see no significant improvements time and time again all without little success.

Through my trials and tribulations, I found the light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve now assisted thousands of patients to rediscover a quality of life.

My clients have now been able to stay calm with their kids (and partners!), address period symptoms that sneak up on them, get rid of the bloat, be able to sleep through the night, and not have their health issues create worry in their lives anymore.
